So if you have an active phone number. You can use it to create a new password
You just need to Log-Out , you will see "Forgotten Account?" under the "Password" text box. Just click on it

Insert your email/phone/username/fullname in that box. You will see "Reset Your Password" after clicked "Search" Button.
Check on "Text me a code to reset my password" and Continue.
Then , facebook will send you a verification code and will help you to reset your password.
